1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrendRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrendRadar provides real-time trend tracking and analytics across social media platforms, brand-creator sponsorship facilitation, and an affiliate referral program. We offer free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase
5. Brand Sponsorships
TrendRadar facilitates connections between brands and creators. For sponsorship transactions:
- Brands may browse the creator directory for free.
- When a brand starts a sponsorship campaign with a creator, TrendRadar charges a flat $99/month campaign hosting fee on top of the creator's fee.
- Creators receive 100% of their specified sponsorship rate, without additional commission cuts from TrendRadar.
- TrendRadar is not responsible for the quality of sponsored content, creator conduct, or campaign outcomes.
6. Referral Program
- Starter Plan members earn a 20% recurring commission on successful referrals.
- Commissions are paid monthly for up to 12 months per referred subscriber.
- Commissions are calculated on the referred user's active subscription payments.
- Referral abuse (self-referrals, spam, fake accounts) will result in immediate forfeiture of earnings and account termination.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits
- Create fake accounts or manipulate referral tracking
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of TrendRadar is owned by TrendRadar. Trend data displayed on the platform is aggregated from public sources and does not constitute proprietary content.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrendRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support@trendradar.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
